Delivery Process
- Your order is reviewed by our prescribing team
- Once approved, your prescription goes to a registered pharmacy, which dispenses your medicine. Orders placed through LillyDirect are dispensed and delivered by Onescript Pharmacy
- The pharmacy packs and labels your medicine
- You receive a tracking number via email or SMS
- Your parcel is collected by the delivery partner
- You receive delivery notifications and can track your package
Delivery Requirements
Important: All weight loss medications require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- Valid UK delivery address
- Someone available to sign for the delivery
- Valid contact number for delivery updates
- Age verification (18+ for weight loss medications)
Failed Deliveries
If we are unable to deliver your package, we will:
- Leave a delivery card with collection instructions
- Attempt redelivery on the next business day
- Hold the package at the local depot for 7 days
- Contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time
Special Circumstances
Temperature-Sensitive Medications
Some medications require special handling. These will be clearly marked and may require immediate refrigeration upon delivery.
Prescription Medications
Prescription medicines are dispensed by a registered pharmacy, never by us, and arrive with full instructions and safety information. Orders placed through LillyDirect are dispensed and delivered by Onescript Pharmacy.
