A UK registered prescriber reads every answer. If something needs clarifying we ask first, and if a treatment is not right for you we say so and explain why.

A regulated UK online pharmacy. You complete a short assessment, a UK registered prescriber reviews it, and if a treatment is appropriate it is dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered to you.
How much does the assessment cost?
Nothing. You only pay if a prescriber approves a treatment and you decide to go ahead. There is no consultation fee and no prescription fee on top of the price shown.
What happens if I am not suitable?
The prescriber tells you why and you are not charged. Where something else would suit you better they will say so, and where you should see somebody in person they will tell you that instead.
Is my information kept private?
Your assessment is clinical information and is treated as such. It is seen by the prescriber reviewing it and the pharmacy team dispensing it, and by nobody else.
Will anyone know what I have ordered?
No. Packaging is plain and unbranded, with nothing on the outside indicating the contents or who sent it.
How long does delivery take?
Usually one to two working days from the point a prescriber approves your order, sent tracked. You are told when it is dispatched.
Can I speak to somebody?
Yes, at any point during treatment, and you can ask for a call with a prescriber. Aftercare is included rather than charged for.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Order when you need to. There is no minimum term and nothing to cancel.
