How to take Saxenda
- Inject once a day
- At roughly the same time each day, with or without food. Many people pick the morning so it is easy to remember.
- Build up weekly
- The dose rises each week over about five weeks until you reach the maintenance dose.
- Refrigerate before first use
- Once started, a pen can be kept at room temperature and used for up to 30 days.
